New York, May 2 – Fans of the Howard Stern Show will get an exclusive look into the behind the scenes world of his radio show with Howard TV On Demand’s brand new monthly series, Howard Stern: Behind the Scenes Show premiering May 3, 2011. From celebrities in the green room, to staff antics and mishaps, to Stem himself preparing for shows and working with his staff during breaks, this series gives viewers an inside look as they have never seen before. Each episode will feature an entertaining cast of characters, including show regulars, celebrities and guests before and after their appearances on the show. In the series, cameras will capture Stern’s entire staff including his longtime sidekick Robin Quivers, Howard Stern Show Producer Gary “Baba Booey” Dell’Abate, Fred Norris, Benjy Bronk, Scott the Engineer, Richard Christy, Sal Governale, Ronnie The Limo Driver plus other show favorites. The series will also cover happenings with Stern and his staff that take place out of studio and into their private lives. In the first episode, cameras capture Howard - who was battling the flu - on his way to an appearance on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Viewers will see Howard and Jon’s comedic banter prior to the appearance.

Howard and other staffers repeatedly harass media producer JD Harmeyer about the state of his cluttered office. Howard badgers him about his hoarding proclivities and even offers to help clean up the mess. Others complain about the bad smells emanating from his office, and accuse him of compromising the “professionalism” of the offices. In another scene that takes place while the show is on the air, Howard puts the pressure on his long time engineer Scott Salem by giving him an intense deadline to get a new “text to speech” technology set up to play during the show.

“This series will give fans an unprecedented look into the non-stop action that takes place behind the scenes of the show. Fans will really get to experience all of the action, drama and comedy in way they have never seen before” said Howard TV On Demand Executive Producer Doug Z. Goodstein.
